As the managing director of Investment banking at CapMatrix, Adam J. Sandler brings a comprehensive background in mergers and acquisitions and over 20 years’ experience with high-growth small, mid-market and large multinational companies.  Adam’s transactional experiences have ranged in value from a few million to several billion dollars across an array of industries including aerospace & defense, fintech, manufacturing, financial services, energy, media, organic and non-organic food services/production, real estate services, digital marketing, and other various consumer-focused businesses.   Adam is FINRA Series 24, 79, and 63 licensed and a Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) and projects focus largely on exit strategies, liquidity events and capital raising initiatives.  Adam spent two decades in Chicago and engaged in global commodity and derivative exchanges.  Career highlights include:
