Georges Nabwangu

Georges brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to CapMatrix LTD, including: commercial real estate capital markets, commercial real estate lending and asset management experience. In the role of intermediary, Georges has led or participated in the origination of over $2.7 Billion in Debt and Equity capital. In addition, Georges has roughly five years of principal-side experience including at a publicly traded Life Science REIT and has led or participated in the origination of just under $270.0 Million in financing secured by commercial real estate assets. At two different real estate-focused private equity firms, Georges managed portfolios totaling just under $850.0 Million in asset value.
