Kevin Krueger
Associate Director
Kevin is an Associate Director at CapMatrix. His role involves working with owners and capital providers to source, underwrite, and execute on financing real estate related transactions. Kevin previously worked at Gap Inc., where he was responsible for underwriting new store opportunities and managing asset performance of the Gap Inc. fleet across the Western United States. Prior to working at Gap Inc., Kevin served as the Investment Operations Manager at The True Life Companies, a real estate investment and development firm. While here, he focused on the underwriting of potential new acquisitions and asset management of the company portfolio. Kevin graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S in Business Administration. He grew up in the Bay Area and spends his free time with family and friends and out on the golf course.
