Rob Rierson

 Rob brings a decade of commercial real estate experience to CapMatrix LTD, with an extensive background in credit, portfolio management and sales. He recently finished his latest position as a Managing Director at a publicly traded REIT, where he headed the firm’s nationwide disposition strategy and practice across the company’s entire portfolio. In that role, he managed the sales process from identification to close, successfully executing on the sale of over $1 billion of industrial, retail and office properties across the United States. Previously, he led the underwriting efforts of over $2 billion in net lease investments – evaluating a broad range of middle market companies across hundreds of different industries. He also held a senior position in portfolio management, becoming a key contributor in developing the infrastructure and asset allocation strategy at the company. Rob graduated with a B.A. from the University of Arizona and holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU. He grew up in the Phoenix area and enjoys spending time with his family and on the golf course.
