Roman Nelson

With an extensive background in private equity investments & joint ventures, structured finance, portfolio management and real estate development, Roman brings exceptional experience to his leadership position at CapMatrix, including successful relationships with capital providers. Prior to forming CapMatrix, he served as Director, Capital Markets, with The True Life Companies, a strategic investment and asset management company. He also held key positions with capital and investment firms in Arizona and California. Throughout his career, Roman has demonstrated strong commitment to his clients, providing an excellent understanding of investments, proven analytical skills and successful negotiating tactics, all with a results-oriented approach.

Roman loves spending time with his wife and daughters, enjoying a variety of family activities and outdoor fun.
